What is the pricing for white label bookkeeping for tax professionals? +

Flat rate per client based on transaction volume and complexity. Engagements typically range from $300–$650 per client, per month.

What areas of practice do you cover for notary services? +

Estate planning documents (wills, trusts, power of attorney, healthcare directives, guardianship agreements) and general notary work (acknowledgments, affidavits, administering oaths/affirmations).

What is the cost of a remote online notarization session? +

Session fee is $50, which includes administration, document preparation, follow-up, and 45 minutes of live time. RON fee is $25 per stamp. Witness fee is $30 per witness if needed.

What is the cancellation policy for notary appointments? +

A $50 cancellation fee is charged for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer mobile notary services? +

Yes, mobile notarization is available on a case-by-case basis for those local to Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas (West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, and more). Travel fee is $75 for appointments including 20 miles of round-trip travel.
