We charge a monthly flat fee that varies based on number of properties, projects, transactions, and complexity. Pricing options are provided after consultation and diagnostic review.

What is a diagnostic review and what is the cost? +

A diagnostic review is a paid $300 in-depth assessment of existing books covering reconciliation, chart of accounts, settings, and improvement suggestions. It takes up to 10 business days. The cost is deducted from cleanup or first month's fee if you work together.

Do you do payroll? +

Yes, we use Gusto as our preferred provider for payroll. We help with registration, setup, and settings. Most clients run their own payroll, but we can assist with first few runs. Wages and taxes are deducted from your account and paid on your behalf.

Do you do taxes? +

No, we do not do taxes. We work with clients' tax preparers to ensure accounts are set up properly and books are in good shape for tax season.
