It gives both a clear picture of where things stand before committing to anything ongoing. You'll receive a written Report Card with findings and prioritized next steps. The fee is applied to your first invoice if you move forward.
How do I know which plan is right for me? +

How does pricing work? Is it actually a flat rate? +
Yes. Flat monthly rate, no hidden fees. The 'starting at' price reflects the base tier. Your final rate depends on transaction volume and complexity, which we'll nail down during your consultation so there are no surprises.
What does 'Deliverables by the Xth Business Day' mean? +
It means your monthly financial reports (reconciled books, P&L, Balance Sheet, and any additional reporting included in your plan) will be in your hands by that date each month. Premium clients get them by the 10th business day, so you're making decisions with current numbers, not last month's guesses.
Do you work with businesses outside of Portland? +
Yes. While I'm based in Portland, OR, I work with small business owners remotely across the country. Everything is handled digitally through QuickBooks Online.
