How do I enroll in Online Banking? +

Use a web browser to navigate to the homepage, click 'Enroll' under 'User Name', enter your member number, social security number, first name, last name, date of birth, and full address. Verify you are not a robot, create a username and password, then select 5 security questions. A verification code will be sent via text to the phone on file.

What are the requirements for changing my User ID? +

The User ID must be between 3 and 32 characters in length, is not case sensitive, and cannot contain any spaces.

What are the requirements for changing my Password? +

Passwords must contain at least 8 and no more than 32 characters, are case sensitive, must contain both lower- and upper-case letters, at least one number, and at least one special character.

How do I access eStatements? +

Log in to online banking, click the three dots next to the account, and select the eStatements option. You must already be signed up for eStatements to use this feature.

How do I sign up for Zelle? +

Initial sign-up must be completed through a web browser, not the mobile app. Users must be enrolled in Bill Pay and have a valid cell phone number.

How much can I send using Zelle and how quickly does money arrive? +

You can send up to $1,000 per day and $3,000 per month. Limits reset every 30 calendar days. Transfers can be instant or standard (2-3 business days).

What should I do if I receive a fraudulent call or text claiming to be from the credit union? +

Do not give out any account information and end the call immediately. If you receive a text indicating your card is locked, do not respond by phone or text.
