You may need a QuickBooks expert if you are stressed and stretched thin, avoid doing the books, have never had monthly financial reports, frequently become frustrated using QuickBooks, make 'best guesses' about your financials, have a bookkeeper but aren't confident in the financials you're getting, or work with a CPA who has to do hours of cleanup for tax prep.

BMI offers Flat-Rate Bookkeeping (Basic, Deluxe, Premium packages), QuickBooks Training (Boot Camp and customized sessions), and QuickBooks Consulting (Cash Flow Genie, Profitability Roadmap, Error Investigation).

Customized training sessions and consulting sessions are available at a rate of $65 per hour.

Consulting sessions can be scheduled between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

BMI has worked with business consultants, CPA and tax preparers, coaches, design and graphic arts, construction and building trades, medical providers, service providers, landscaping, homebuilding, law firms, auto body shops, demolition, public relations, online retailers, massage therapists, and web designers.

BMI holds QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor certifications from 2007 through 2020, including QuickBooks Online, Enterprise, and Advanced Certified ProAdvisor designations, as well as a Bookkeeping Certificate from Elliott's Bookkeeping School and membership in the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
